RATIONALE

Yokogawa Engineering Asia - A Japanese MNC "factory plant" - an industrial complex with heavy machinery and computers based in Singapore, is home to an extensive array of plants.

Landscaping at the foyer of the complex encompasses hardscape (sculptures, pebbles and rocks) interspersed with softscape (a mix of succulents and drought-resistance plants), and be greeted with a more traditional Japanese-styled garden complemented with a tiered planting of Rusellia, Agave, Draco, Sedum, etc. along the emotive ambient driveway.

The greenery does not end here, it continues with a Japanese Zen inspired rooftop garden with distinctive rock-centred pieces representative of 'Father', 'Mother' and 'Son' – the Japanese symbolic belief of harmony.

With a large portion of the complex enveloped in greenery, and with a sense of ownership of the greenery across all departments, we can look forward to a happy and productive workforce contributing to corporate and industry growth.
